Noosa yogurt . . .
With a new list of things to do, necessities to pack and places to be, I’m relying on healthy snacks to keep me fueled. These tart & sweet Noosa yogurt flavors are just the ticket. They taste great and travel even better.
Lately, it’s hard to find time to sit down for a meal. To beat the mid-day blues, I like to pack something for myself in Mary Jane’s diaper bag. I usually store a tub of yogurt and a disposable spoon in a small cooler. It doesn’t take up much space, and it’s key to keeping my hunger at bay. Plus, yogurt is easy to eat–my best snacking happens while parked in hospital parking lots. Doctor appointments are the extent of our outings these days. I’m sure a few of you moms can relate.
