Hawaiian roll sliders . . .
I made my first batch of Hawaiian roll sliders a couple months ago. Guys, this is THE easiest meal ever. It’s perfect for lunch, dinner or any time you have company. It’d also be a great meal to deliver to new mama friends post-baby or even just because. These sliders take just minutes to prep, bake in a cinch and taste delicious whether served hot or cold. So, do I have you convinced?
There are a lot of variations out there, but I’ve tweaked my recipe to suit our needs. It’s on the lighter, less saucy side. I ditched the butter and mayo to play up the mustard. Don’t worry, these sliders are still filling + packed with flavor. I’ve never been able to eat just one. We like to plate them up with a side of tomato soup. It’s the best combination on snow days.
