    For me, it’s all about the shoes! I used to buy my workout shoes based on how they looked (colors, style) – which is the worst thing you can do. After getting my feet ‘mapped’ at a running store, I’ve learned to buy shoes based on my actual foot impact needs. A great sports bra is a must have for me as well…

    I just joined the gym in January and first and foremost is a good pair of sneakers for the gym and the treadmill. Also, some leggings and tees that are comfortable and still look good-moisture wicking fabric is even better.
