A new month and new January do’s . . .

  1. Try a new recipe one night a week.
  2. Hit the slopes on Saturdays.
  3. Take time each morning to loosely plan the day.
  4. Implement a new skincare routine.
  5. Organize and declutter with the help of The Container Store.
  6. Meet up with friends for mid-week lunch.
  7. Stock up on produce at the SLC Winter Market.
  8. Bundle up and do date night downtown.
  9. Add an extra set of reps or 15 minutes to each workout.
  10. Disconnect from technology by 8pm.
