A pit stop to grab a bite to eat . . .

I’m not a coffee drinker, but I do like the coffee shop scene. Publik in Salt Lake City is no exception. Located just off West Temple, it’s the ideal place to work remotely or catch up with friends.

Though they’re known for making small batch roasted coffee, I go for the famous Publik toast. Yes, toast. Each piece is made to order with a thick slice of homemade bread. It’s then topped with an assortment of fresh fruit and/or local gourmet spread. Fresh, delicious and perfectly toasted, I guarantee you’ll want to come back for more.
