Lunch at The Rose Establishment

The Rose Establishment . . .

I recently enjoyed lunch at the cutest cafe in downtown Salt Lake City. It’s the perfect place to catch up with friends.

 Their menu features house specialties, locally sourced ingredients and lots of fresh veggies. We ordered the BBQ Sandwich and the Rose BLT. They come served on fresh baked bread from neighboring Eva’s Bakery–a winning combination. Craving something sweet? We rounded out our meal by splitting a signature chocolate chip cookie. Golden brown and sprinkled with sea salt, it’s exactly what you NEED.

If you’re headed to The Rose Establishment for lunch, make sure to arrive early. It’ll give you plenty of time to snag a table on the outdoor patio. It’s cozy, shaded and covered in vines.
