BBQ in SLC . . .

We made our way to R&R Barbecue in Salt Lake City. Hands down, they make the best brisket we’ve ever had.

As a girl raised in the south, I’ve had my fair share of BBQ. I’m a fan of sweet sauces and crispy burnt ends. Jake, on the other hand, prefers a perfectly tender, slow roasted chunk of meat. The stars aligned at R&R, and we found a little slice of heaven.

We also tried a few other menu items. Their cheeseburger gets two thumbs up. It’s seasoned to perfection and comes with a side of fries. The pulled pork is also a winner. You’ll want to order it in a sandwich and smother it with the house made sauce. It’s the definition of finger licking goodness.
