Vietnamese pho . . .

While we were in Seattle, I made my way to Pho Bac in Denny Triangle. It was exactly what I needed to warm right up.

My friend Nikki first introduced me to pho, and I’ve been a fan ever since. It’s savory, filling and the ultimate comfort food. There really is nothing better once the cold weather sets in.
