Even though we haven’t seen much snow this winter, we’ve had our fair share of cooler temps. Cue up the comfort food! I’m 100% convinced that this corn chili is the perfect dinner on busy weekdays. It takes under 30 minutes to make, and the recipe calls for pantry staples I usually have on hand. A jar of pasta sauce is the secret to our half-hour success–it basically does ALL the heavy lifting.
