Red Velvet Oreo Truffles

Valentine’s Day is just around the corner–it’s time to whip up something sweet. I recently made a batch of homemade Oreo truffles, and they were definitely a hit. To make things festive, I used the new red velvet Oreo cookies and dipped them in melted dark chocolate. The recipe is quick, easy and delicious. Wrapped in cellophane and tied with a bow, these truffles also make the perfect gift.
