T-Shirt Dress Styled with Boots for Fall

It’s no secret that I’m a fan of pieces that easily transition from one season into the next. Cue the t-shirt dress. It’s the ultimate wardrobe weapon, and no girl should be without. Whether you wear it solo or pair it with all the fixings, the styling possibilities are endless.

I purchased this short sleeve midi dress (similar style here) a few seasons ago and have gotten so much wear out of it. Thanks to the power of accessories, it’s something I reach for no matter the occasion or season in life. Hello, little baby bump! The weather currently calls for outerwear, and this black jacket from Banana Republic checks all the boxes. 

When I shop for additional layers, I try to keep versatility in mind. Think about what the jacket/coat will add to your outfit in terms of color, texture and style. It’s also important to consider functionally–will it actually keep you warm? The more boxes the piece checks, the more likely you’ll be to wear it.
