Let’s Talk Tacos: Taco Diner in TX

Tacos in Texas . . . 

A couple of weekends back, Jake and I discovered Taco Diner just outside of Dallas. It started with lunch, one plate of tacos, and before we knew it, we were hooked. We ate there multiple times during our quick weekend trip. It didn’t disappoint.

I went with a vegetarian friendly option, the Black Bean and Roasted Corn Tacos. Jake stayed traditional and ordered the Braised Pork Tacos. Each dish was flavorful, fresh and left us wanting more. We ended up eating at Taco Diner for a second time the very next day. Moral of the story? Guys, this place is really delicious.
