A Mid-Century Modern Christmas . . .
The halls are decked, our stockings are hung and our tinsel tree stands in all it’s retro-inspired glory. Decorating for the holidays has brought us so much joy. We’ve slowly been adding decorations since the beginning of November–the slow roll out has given us a lot of time to really savor the season. The girls love helping, and I love making the memories (no matter how messy!). I’m bound and determined on wrapping this year up with an extra sparkly bow.

How cute is that video Gentri made for us? I’m so glad we’ve taken time to document all the big and little moments, especially during a year like this one. (More safe + socially distanced gingerbread pics coming soon!). I never want to forget how much fun the girls had frosting their gingerbread friends or how many times this holiday playlist shuffled through our speakers on repeat. I keep reminding myself that tomorrow might be different. Now is the time to be present in this moment. We don’t get do-overs because our little ones grow up, circumstances naturally change and the world just keeps on spinning.
