A Ski Date at Alta

Ski date . . . 

My favorite kind of dates are days spent skiing at Alta Ski Resort. Last Saturday, we made our way up Little Cottonwood Canyon to enjoy a day on the slopes. The weather was great, the snow treated us well and lunch definitely hit the spot–grilled cheese with tomatoes and a bucket of fries. I’ve professed my love before, but I’ll happily do it again. Alf’s makes the best French fries. They’re golden brown and have the perfect amount of crunch. Don’t believe me? Give ’em a try. Life as you know it will never the be same.
