A new list of April do’s . . .

  1. Go meatless a few times a week.
  2. Schedule time to complete daily workouts.
  3. Break in a new pair of strappy sandals.
  4. Invite friends over for a Mexican food fest.
  5. Spend at least 30 minutes outside each day.
  6. Snack smarter & ditch refined sugars.
  7. For date night, have a picnic at the park.
  8. Incorporate an SPF into my beauty routine.
  9. Call an old friend just to catch up.
  10. If in doubt, always wear a little white dress.

  1. i really like all of these, especially cutting out meat and refined sugars. also, for me, instead of a little white dress, i always fall back into a little black dress. xo
