I’ve made these zesty crockpot chicken sandwiches multiple times over the last month. They knock the ball out of the park every SINGLE time. What’s even better is that the crockpot does all of the work. I’m talking throw it in, let it cook, shred it and serve it–and did I mention the possibility of leftovers? Dare I say this zesty mix is even better the next day? Whether you eat it now or store some away for later, I love serving these sandwiches family-style. Add chips, fresh fruit + veggies and plate everything up on an oversized cutting board. Meal time has never been easier.
