Peanut Butter Chocolate Drizzled Cookies

Peanut butter pairs perfectly with chocolate.

Betty’s famous Peanut Butter Cookies are a favorite at our place, especially when topped with a chocolate drizzle.

2 c. chocolate chips, milk or dark
1 tbs. butter
1 tbs. coconut oil

Begin melting the chocolate chips using a double boiler, constantly stirring with a spatula to ensure that the chocolate doesn’t burn. Add in the butter and coconut oil. Once combined, use a fork to drizzle the chocolate on the completely cooled cookies. Put the cookies aside to set for a couple of hours or until chocolate is firm.
